1. THE INVITATION TO OFFER The display of products on this website constitutes an "Invitation to Offer" under Indian Contract Law. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is only concluded when SomaPsychos explicitly dispatches the "Order Confirmation" email. We reserve the absolute right to refuse any order at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected scalping or resale.

2. PRODUCT INTEGRITY

• Oversized Aesthetic: You acknowledge that our garments are designed with a deliberate "Oversized" silhouette. Please review size guides carefully before purchasing.

• Artisanal Variation: Slight variations in fabric texture or print are inherent to our manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content, designs, and the "SomaPsychos" trademark are the exclusive property of the Proprietorship. Unauthorized commercial resale of our products or reproduction of our imagery is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

4. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
