Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY (PRE-ORDERS & STANDARD)

1. STANDARD ORDERS You may cancel a standard "Ready-to-Wear" order within 6 hours of placement by contacting customer support. Once the order has been processed or the shipping label generated, it cannot be canceled; it must be treated as a Return (see Return Policy).

2. PRE-ORDER / LIMITED DROP ITEMS For items marked as "Pre-Order" or "Made-to-Order," production begins immediately after your order is confirmed. Therefore, cancellations for Pre-Order items are not accepted after 24 hours of order placement.

3. AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION SomaPsychos reserves the right to cancel any order if:

• The product fails our final Quality Control check.

• We suspect the order is fraudulent.

• The item is out of stock due to inventory error. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
