SHIPPING & DELIVERY PROTOCOLS

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY Currently, SomaPsychos ships exclusively within the territory of India. We do not process international orders at this time.

2. DISPATCH TIMELINES

• Ready-to-Wear: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.

• Pre-Order / Custom Drops: Please refer to the specific timeline mentioned on the product page (typically 10-14 days for production).

3. LOGISTICS PARTNERS We utilize premium courier services (e.g., BlueDart, DHL SmartTrucking) to ensure the security of your package. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS immediately upon dispatch.

4. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS Our courier partners will make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to our Gurugram atelier. Re-shipping will attract an additional fee of ₹250.

5. DAMAGED PACKAGING If the outer packaging appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package. Ask the courier to mark it as "Refused due to Damage" and contact us immediately at support@somapsychos.in.
