THE SOMA PSYCHOS PLEDGE: STRICT RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLE As a premium fashion house, SomaPsychos creates limited-edition, artisanal garments. In alignment with our commitment to exclusivity and hygiene, we do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree that returns are only accepted for Store Credit or Exchange, subject to the strict conditions below.

2. THE SECURITY TAG (VOID IF REMOVED) Every SomaPsychos garment is dispatched with a prominent Security Tag attached.

  • Do not remove this tag until you are certain you will keep the item.

  • If the Security Tag is removed, broken, or tampered with, the item is rendered non-returnable immediately. No exceptions will be made.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR STORE CREDIT To be eligible for an exchange or Store Credit, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Notification: You must initiate a return request via support_sompsychos@littlebitpositive.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the Security Tag intact.

  • Verification: Upon receipt at our Gurugram atelier, the item will undergo a Quality Check (QC). If approved, the value of the purchase (excluding shipping) will be credited to your SomaPsychos account, valid for 12 months.

4. DEFECTIVE ITEMS (STATUTORY RIGHTS) In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric tear upon arrival), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
